По региональному проекту «Дорога к дому всей семьей» на Тамбовщине в Год семьи создается 34 новых семейных сквера. Уже введены в эксплуатацию двадцать таких мест отдыха. На финишную прямую вышли работы по обустройству парка «Семь-Я» в центре села Пичаево.
Каким будет новое место отдыха, решали сами жители. Они же выбирали и название своего парка — «Семь-Я».
Уже полностью подготовлена площадка нового парка. Здесь установлено современное освещение, ограждена территория. В центре парка размещен специальный арт-объект — резной наличник. Кроме того, обустроены пешеходные дорожки и место для парковки автомобилей.
Сейчас ожидается поставка спортивного и детского игрового оборудования для организации тематических зон. После его установки состоится торжественное открытие нового места отдыха.
