شکر رو تو شیر ولرم حل میکنیم سفیده و یکم از زرده تخممرغ، ماست و زردچوبه اضافه و مخلوط میکنیم خمیرمایه، نمک و آرد سفید الکشده رو میریزیم و هم میزنیم در آخر روغن اضافه و وقتی یکدست شد یک و نیم ساعت بهش استراحت میدیم با ملاقهی چرب از مواد برمیداریم و تو سینی فری که کاغذ نسوز انداختیم، میریزیم با قاشق دور و روشو صاف میکنیم با مخلوط زرده، شیر و زعفرون دمکرده رومال میزنیم یه کمی هم کنجد و تخمهکدو میپاشیم و ۲۰ دقیقه تو فر از پیش گرمشده با دمای ۲۰۰ درجه میذاریم دو دقیقهی آخر گریلُ روشن میکنیم بافتش حسابی اسفنجی و عالیه 😋
