اجلاس" COP27 " از 6 تا 18 نوامبر2022 در شرم الشیخ مصر با حضور مقامات دولتی، سازمانهای بین المللی، فعالان محیط زیست و نمایندگان بخش خصوصی برگزار شد و کرم در تاریخ 8نوامبر به عنوان سفیر اقلیمی انجمن‌ Yuvam Dünya در پنلی با عنوان "اگر تاریخ تغییر کند همه چیز تغییر می کند " با هدف بررسی نقش تغییرات نسلی، تحولات فردی اجتماعی و نهادی در مقابله با بحران اقلیمی به صورت آنلاین شرکت کرد
در این پنل ، که از طریق پلتفرم دیجیتال Esmiyor پخش شد شرکت کنندگان بر اهمیت تغییر روایتها و داستانها در مقابله با بحران اقلیمی تأکید کردند و به لزوم همکاری بین بخشهای دولتی و خصوصی و جامعه مدنی برای ایجاد تغییرات پایدار در جهت مقابله با بحران اقلیمی پرداختند این رویداد نمونه ای از همکاری موفق بین بخشهای مختلف جامعه برای مقابله با یکی از بزرگترین چالشهای جهانی بود

I want a secure messaging app, should I use Telegram? Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
