48-летнему мужчине предъявлено обвинение по ч. 1 ст. 118 УК РФ (причинение тяжкого вреда здоровью по неосторожности). Ему грозит от штрафа 80 тысяч рублей до ареста на 6 месяцев.
В ходе допроса обвиняемый признал вину и пояснил, что некоторое время не кормил собак, сообщает СК.
