Сегодня после моего поста о том, как земельный участок имеющий владельца перешёл не понятным путем к не известному лицу, мне позвонила ещё одна женщина и пояснила:
Она являлась владелецей земельного участка возле д. 115 по ул. Вторая в Кневичах на праве аренды. Пыталась участок взять в собственность, но Администрация АГО в 2020 г ей отказала. А в 2022г появился забор.... Выяснилось, новый собственник вступил в права в 2021г. все так же по упрощеной схеме
