Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts.
