Но здесь всю «погоду делать» будет объявленная стоимость объекта – 1,3 миллиарда гривен. По такой цене «Большевик» никто не захочет брать даже под застройку, максимум – за полмиллиарда гривен купят.
Но ведь при этом ФГИ прописывает в условиях, что будущий инвестор в «Большевик» должен даже сохранить профиль «Большевика», и отдельно вложиться в перенос остатков его мощностей. Глава ФГИ Сенниченко предлагает по цене золота купить «чемодан без ручки», поэтому приватизация «Большевика» уже заранее обречена на провал.
