МКЭ продолжает регламентировать наполнение Задания на проектирование (ЗнП) в части технических решений.
- При прокладке трубопроводов открытым способом производства работ предусматривать песчаную подушку под трубопроводы 20 см (при укладке на естественное основание) и засыпку 30 см над верхом трубы с послойным уплотнением.
- Исключить разработку проектных решений по переустройству инженерных сетей неизвестных владельцев без технических условий.
