طبق اطلاع اداره آموزش دانشکده، نیازی به تماس و یا مراجعه حضوری جهت تبدیل نمرات موقت به دائم در کارنامه‌ی سیپاد وجود ندارد و در هنگام شروع فرآیند فارغ‌التحصیلی هنگام تکمیل تمامی نمرات، وضعیت نمرات موقت به دائم تبدیل خواهد گردید.
