آماده سازی : اول هویج و پیاز رنده ریز زدم آبشو گرفتم به گوشت چرخی اضافه کردم و در ادامه آرد نخودچی و ادویه هارو اضافه کردم و قشنگ ورز دادم بافتش چسبنده و منجسم بشه شما ۵۰ بار بزنش روی سینی بعدش اندازه برداشتم و داخلشو از موادم پر کردم قشنگ بستمش و گردش کردم نه ترکی داشته باشه نه سوراخی.
واسه سس : ۲ تا پیاز نگینی خرد کرد و زردچوبه و نمک و فلفل زدم از همون پیاز داغم یکمشو واسه داخل کوفته برداشتم حالا بهش رب زدم تفت دادم خامی‌گرفته شه و نعنا خشک اضافه کردم یه هم زدمو بعد آب جوش ریختم، وقتی سس جوشید کوفته هارو آروم با ملاقه گذاشتم، درب قابلمه رو نبستم تا وا نره، آخر کار هم بهش شکر و آب لیمو زدم و تمام.
