Согласно данным ЦБ, ставка в I декаде сентября была на уровне 17,63%.
В число банков, данные которых регулятор использует для мониторинга ставок, входят Сбербанк, ВТБ, Газпромбанк, Альфа-банк, Россельхозбанк, Росбанк, "Московский кредитный банк", Т-банк, Промсвязьбанк и Совкомбанк.
