حتی اگر کدال وجود نداشت و اصلا شرکت ها گزارش نمیدادند، میشد از روی رشد 50 روز گذشته تشخیص داد که هر شرکت چه گزارشی روی کدال ارسال خواهد کرد و حتی اگر نمی تونستیم عدد رو درست حدس بزنیم اما می تونستیم شرکت ها رو رتبه بندی کنیم. به نظرم صندوق توسعه از همه زودتر به گزارش ها دست پیدا کرده

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
