Горловка ранения получили двое мирных жителей: мужчина 1960 г.р. и женщина 1962 г.р. Были повреждены несколько десятков домов, ещё несколько были уничтожены. Также повреждения получили автомобили и газопровод.

That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
