نشر السيد الشهيد السيد محمد باقر الصدر (قدس سره) في عام 1374 هـ - 1955 م كراساً من مائة صفحة في بعض مباحث الاشتغال في علم الأصول سماه بـ (غاية الفكر) وقدّم نسخة منه إلى أستاذه السيد الخوئي (رضوان الله عليه) للنظر فيه وإبداء الملاحظات. ويبدو أنّ السيد الخوئي استجاب لطلبه ونظر في بعض صفحاته وكتب له بعض الملاحظات، فوّجه السيد الصدر له رسالة يشكره فيها على عنايته به وتقديره لكتابه ويبدي له بدءاً وختاماً غاية الاحترام والخضوع.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
