♪لیلا عراقیان (زادهٔ 1362 خورشیدی) معمار اهل ایران است. وی طراح پل طبیعت در تهران و در رشته ریاضی دیپلم گرفت به نقاشی هم علاقه داشت. از این که می‌دید معماری ترکیبی از ریاضیات و نقاشی است به این رشته علاقه‌مند شد. در سال 1380 خورشیدی در دانشگاه شهید بهشتی تحصیل در رشته معماری را آغاز کرد و در سال 89 و زمانی که تنها 26 سال داشت طراحی پل 270 متری طبیعت را آغاز کرد و شاید در آن زمان نمی دانست که ایده و طراحی او زمانی محقق شود و پلی زیبا و مدرن در منطقه ای از تهران با طراحی او ساخته شود.
• این پل جزء 5 انتخاب برتر 300 معمار برجسته جهان در مسابقه معتبر معماری شهری " جوایز معماری (A+ (architizer awards در سال 2015 که مقر آن در نیویورک است ، انتخاب شد.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
