Дело приняла к производству судья Оксана Кошак. Ранее ее коллега Мария Стратий, после года рассмотрения дела, взяла самоотвод и процесс необходимо было проводить заново.
Виноградов продолжает работать на посту мэра города, несмотря на неоднократные попытки следствия отстранить его.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country.
