Петродворцовый районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга избрал меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу Дмитрию Барбарову, подозреваемому в совершении преступления, предусмотренного пп.а,д,з ч.2 ст.126 УК РФ.

Из ходатайства следует, что 17.11.2024 с 16.00 до 17.00 Соловьев, действуя группой лиц со своими знакомыми Барбаровым и Усковым, с целью вымогательства денежных средств в сумме 30 000 рублей, похитили от здания, расположенного по адресу: г. СПб, г. Ломоносов, Иликовский пр., д. 30 корп. 2, несовершеннолетнего И., 2009 г.р. Далее, они нанесли последнему удары кулаками в область головы и переместили в неустановленное место на территории Петродворцового района г. СПб, где требовали от И. передачи им вышеуказанных денежных средств.

18.11.2024 Барбаров был задержан в порядке ст.91 УПК РФ. Обвинение не предъявлялось.

Срок меры – 17.01.2025.
