Одни водители не впускали пассажиров, не оплативших проезд, другие возили бесплатно. Еще задолго до внедрения системы возник дефицит 100-драмовых монет, а электронная система периодически дает сбой.
"Мы говорили с главой ЦБ, были гарантированы окончательные пункты договора по безопасности личных данных. Надеемся, что в течение 10 дней вопрос будет окончательно решен".
