آنچه در ارتباط با تاریخ مسیحیت بسیار جالب است این است که هیچ سندی در مورد تاریخ دقیق تولد عیسی مسیح وجود ندارد. اما می‌توان فهمید که چرا ۲۵ دسامبر به عنوان میلاد مسیح انتخاب شده است.
