❗️Принял участие в 21-м заседании донского парламента, в ходе которого мы рассмотрели 21 вопрос, в том числе:

✅ о назначении выборов Губернатора Ростовской области, а также выборов депутата Законодательного Собрания Ростовской области по Орловскому одномандатному избирательному округу № 13, которые состоятся в единый день голосования 14 сентября 2025 года

✅ областной закон «Об отчете об исполнении областного бюджета за 2024 год». По итогам года основные параметры составили: доходы – 328,3 млрд рублей; расходы – 344,6 млрд рублей.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
