Всю ночь работали по устранению порыва холодного водоснабжения по улице Ленина. На 8:15 утра водоснабжение восстановлено в полном объеме, в том числе и по улицам Ленина 16, 18. Хочу сказать спасибо бригадам Примтелоэнерго, Александру Гаврилюку, Анатолию Иванову за слаженную работу, благодаря которой удалось устранить аварию и вернуть воду в дома жителей.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
