نعت هيئة رئاسة مجلس الشورى اليوم عضو المجلس المناضل صالح عبدالله النخعي، الذي وافاه الاجل بعد حياة حافلة بالعطاء والنشاط السياسي مدافعًا، عن الشرعية الوطنية والدولة الاتحادية، والجمهورية، حاملاً هم الوطن معه أينما حلَّ وكان خير سفيرًا لبلده.
كان النخعي مثالًا في العطاء، وقدوة في السلوك، ونموذجًا يحتذى به في التعامل مع قيم التسامح والعدالة والإخاء، كريمًا معطاءً، خسرت اليمن برحيله عضوًا نشطًا في الحياة السياسية والشوروية.
واعرب المجلس عن بالغ حزنه لرحيل الفقيد.. سائلا الله ان يتغمده بواسع رحمته، ويسكنه فسيح جناته، ويلهم أهله وذويه الصبر والسلوان، إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون.
