Сделал тут недавно подборку разных методов и тестов для лекции и семинара по статистике (она, конечно, в упрощенном виде была, все же это занятие было для менеджеров). Все в excel. Умаялся, конечно, знатно. Но вдруг кому будет полезно (если вы в эксельках что-то считаете, конечно). Там даже бутстреп есть.
P.S. Я немного отвлеченно это делал, так что могут быть опечатки в формулах. Надеюсь, что не очень много ;)

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
