Начались госипытания БТ-3Ф, сообщает "Ростех".

Данный БТР создавался на базе БМП-3Ф и концептуально предназначается для транспортировки подразделений морской пехоты, по сути являясь прямым наследником БТР-50.

При таких вводных плавучесть оправдана. Собственно, первыми (и пока единственными) заказчиками данного изделия является морская пехота Индонезии.

Вооружение лишь 12,7-мм пулеметом также полностью соответствуют задачам для гусеничного бронетранспортера, которому необходимо быстро довезти пехоту живой и выгрузить ее, после чего покинуть место событий.

Еще в плюсы можно записывать высокую унификацию с БМП-3, поскольку несмотря на все свои недостатки, данная машина уже прочно и надолго прописалась в стане нашей основной БМП-3 на долгие годы вперед.
