По версии следствия, 39-летний местный житель, находясь в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, зашёл в пустующее здание и бросил на пол сигарету. Огонь распространился мгновенно. Мужчина был задержан и признался в содеянном. Возбуждено уголовное дело.
