В отличие от многих других паперов про фреймворки, здесь больше про архитектуру и базовые принципы разработки (modularity, composability etc).
Главная особенность — выделение ядра, состоящего из пассивных и активных агентов. Плюс, есть подробное описание модулей, а security получила особое внимание.
