У SOYAPRESS выйдут еще две книги Екатерины Бакуниной: ее последний роман «Любовь к шестерым» (с предисловием Марии Рахманиновой!) и сборник «Стихи». От ее «Тела» я осталась под большим впечатлением, поэтому очень жду новые книжки. Сейчас издательство запустило краудфандинг, и это хорошая возможность не только поддержать публикацию текстов Бакуниной и видимость женского письма, но и сэкономить (потом обе книги будут стоить дороже).

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
