В Орле хорошие IT традиции и тот факт, что Дуров в Орле не был не значит ничего. Я вот лично считаю, что его соцсети явления мирового порядка. И то как он выдерживает баланс в информационной политике заслуживает уважения.
В Орле много Виноградных, Северных, и прочих улиц. Почему бы не появиться улице Павла Дурова. Оформить таблички в стиле телеги. Чем не достопримечательность?
