В Думу внесут законопроект смягчающий требования к тонировке боковых стекол машин.
Документом предполагается не наказывать водителей, если светопропускание тонировки передних боковых стекол их машины будет составлять не менее 50% от требований технического регламента.
В пояснительной записке указывается, что тонировка защищает от прямых солнечных лучей, отрицательно влияющих на зрение водителя, снижает температуру нагрева салона, в то время как использование кондиционера существенно увеличивает расход топлива.
