ای خوشا مستانه سر در پای دلبر داشتن
دل تهی از خوب و زشت چرخ اخضر داشتن
نزد شاهین محبت بی پر و بال آمدن
پیش باز عشق آئین کبوتر داشتن
سوختن بگداختن چون شمع و بزم افروختن
تن بیاد روی جانان اندر آذر داشتن
اشک را چون لعل پروردن بخوناب جگر
دیده را سوداگر یاقوت احمر داشتن
هر کجا نور است چون پروانه خود را باختن
هر کجا نار است خود را چون سمندر داشتن
آب حیوان یافتن بیرنج در ظلمات دل
زان همی نوشیدن و یاد سکندر داشتن
از برای سود، در دریای بی پایان علم
عقل را مانند غواصان، شناور داشتن
گوشوار حکمت اندر گوش جان آویختن
چشم دل را با چراغ جان منور داشتن
در گلستان هنر چون نخل بودن بارور
عار از ناچیزی سرو و صنوبر داشتن
از مس دل ساختن با دست دانش زر ناب
علم و جان را کیمیا و کیمیاگر داشتن
همچو مور اندر ره همت همی پا کوفتن
چون مگس همواره دست شوق بر سر داشتن

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
