Не бывает чужих детей! Каждый ребенок в вашем окружении от родных до случайных прохожих – персональная ответственность! Пришли мимо матерящегося подростка или плачущего от потери близких дитя с мыслью «не моё дело», и вот завтра мимо уже, оказавшихся в беде, ваших собственных детей отвернутся.
Воспитывайте примером: учите знаниям и наукам; занимайтесь спортом; берегите и развивайте благодетели души!

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy.
