Суть любой информационной войны - это доведение противника до суицида. Ну а кто противник и кого надо доводить - эти тайные знания в нашу постмодернистскую эпоху давно и безвозвратно утеряны. Поэтому мочат на всякий случай всех, до кого могут дотянуться. При этом даже бойцам собственных химических войск не выдают костюмы химзащиты, а зарин-зоман для спецопераций навален в офицерской столовой вперемешку с продуктами в коробках из-под овсяного печенья.
