Третье, если бы жители Карачаево-Черкесии не вели себя как служители у господ и требовали (не анонимно в комментариях) должного к себе отношения, быть может с нами уже считались бы, объяснялись бы, а где надо и извинялись бы.
Вот и сейчас, все повозмущаемся в комментариях под ЧП КЧР, пооскрябляем всех госслужащих и будем дальше терпеть плевательское отношение.
