▫️Если у вас отсутствует возможность по уважительной причине проголосовать на избирательном участке, то до 14:00 17 марта вы можете обратиться в участковую избирательную комиссию по месту жительства для организации голосования вне помещения для голосования («на дому»).

▫️Границы избирательных участков, адреса и телефоны УИК размещены на сайте Избирательной комиссии Магаданской области.

They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
