В страну ЕС больше не смогут въехать украинские беженцы из западных регионов. Все те, кто уже успел прибыть в Норвегию и получить там укрытие, смогут остаться. По данным за текущий год, каждый десятый беженец с Украины является жителем западных регионов, где угрозы их жизням нет.
Еще в сентябре норвежские власти сочли шесть регионов Украины безопасными и заявили, что не будут автоматически выдавать убежище приехавшим оттуда украинцам. Пока норвежские власти внесли в список безопасных шесть областей Украины: Львовскую, Волынскую, Закарпатскую, Ивано-Франковскую, Тернопольскую и Ровненскую.

But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
