فریدون مجلسی، تحلیلگر مسائل بین‌الملل با اشاره به صحبت‌های برخی افراد که بستن تنگه هرمز و خروج از NPT را اهرم فشاری بر غرب می‌دانند، گفت:
کسانی که از بستن تنگه هرمز حرف می‌زنند، این کار را انجام دهند تا ببینند چند ساعت می‌توانند وضعیت را حفظ کنند.
با این کار، با یک جنگ بین‌المللی مواجه می‌شویم و از عربستان، امارات و کویت گرفته تا آمریکا، هند و چین، همه علیه ما خواهند شد. مگر تنگه هرمز ملک ماست که برای آن چنین تصمیمی بگیریم؟
خروج از NPT نیز بلافاصله با واکنش تند و سخت سایر کشورها مواجه خواهد شد، زیرا این کار به معنای ساخت بمب اتمی است.

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
