Депутаты Госдумы приняли в первом чтении проект о внесении изменений в закон «Об основах охраны здоровья граждан в Российской Федерации». Он предусматривает выделение регионам дополнительных средств из федерального бюджета на лекарства тяжелобольным.
Законопроектом предлагается направлять регионам средства, если субъект РФ не может сам исполнить соответствующую обязанность. Правительству предстоит утвердить порядок и критерии подтверждения неспособности региона обеспечить жителей лекарствами.
