Новые времена диктуют новые правила - текстильной промышленности больше нет, а сами здания находятся в плачевном состоянии.
Корпуса обещают реконструировать, правда, что из этого получится, пока непонятно, очевидно, что как минимум частично сноса не избежать. Правда, есть здесь и удачные примеры, которые мы покажем в следующих постах.
