Сегодня в 10 часов Верховный Суд Республики Беларусь начнет рассматривать направленное Генеральной прокуратурой уголовное дело по обвинению Смовского в совершении геноцида – преступления, предусмотренного ст.127 Уголовного кодекса Республики Беларусь.
Константин Смовский являлся командиром 118-го батальона охранной полиции. В ходе предварительного расследования установлено 26 эпизодов его преступной деятельности, в том числе участие в сожжении жителей деревни Хатынь.
