Строители завершают отделочные работы здания, где разместятся просторные групповые комнаты, творческие студии, физкультурный и музыкальный залы. Также предусмотрены полноценный пищеблок, медицинский блок с процедурным кабинетом. На прилегающей территории уже начались работы по озеленению и установке современных игровых и спортивных площадок.

Готовность объекта составляет 85%. На площадке ежедневно работают около 60 специалистов, которые завершают монтаж инженерных систем и технологического оборудования.
