Лазаревский районный суд г. Сочи огласил приговор в отношении Максима Лютого. Блогер признан виновным в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ст. 156 и ч.4 ст. 111 УК РФ. По совокупности совершенных преступлений, окончательно ему назначено наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок 8 лет с отбыванием наказания в колонии строгого режима, со штрафом в размере 100 000 рублей. Приговор в законную силу не вступил.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
