Сегодня ИКИ РАН исполняется 60 лет! 🎉

Наш Институт был основан 15 мая 1965 года по постановлению Совета Министров СССР №392-147.

С этого дня мы запускаем марафон любопытных фактов об истории ИКИ под хештегом #60летИКИ! 60 лет — 60 фактов! А завершить планируем 4 октября — в День космической науки и 68 годовщину запуска Первого искусственного спутника Земли.

Первый факт — о создании Института — уже в карточках. Поехали! 🚀

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
