🔹این اظهارات در حالیست که به گفته رئیس سازمان غذا و دارو، آیین‌نامه حمل و عرضه دارو از طریق سکوهای اینترنتی، تنها در مورد حمل دارو و تحویل آن به نشانی بیمار به صورت غیر حضوری است و فروش اینترنتی دارو همچنان غیرقانونی و غیرمجاز است @phanair

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
