St. Michael прошёл экспертизу проекта на ЗУ "Толбухина, 3". Зачем-то согласовывают апарты, которые сейчас ну так себе продаются. Локальные жители уже бомбят во все инстанции, чтобы проекта не было. Хорошо, что петиции на чейндж орг не пишут. Давайте напомним…

Отметим ранее не мелькавший факт - саму "дачу" Толбухина как-то интегрируют в новую застройку. Площадь "дачи", кстати, 607 метров. А новой застройки - 18,5 тыс. кв. м.

Между делом в локацию подъехал Hutton, который в сентябре забрал КРТ "Толбухина, 10". Зачем этот проект в портфеле Хаттона - непонятно, но будем наблюдать, может кому толкнут дальше по миру.
