Местные власти утвердили обновленный проект, строительство планируют начать в 2025. Внутри будут в основном жилые апартаменты. У башни долгая история - стройку начинали в 2011, построили подземную часть и первый этаж и затем заморозили на много лет. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said.
