В Москве прошел розыгрыш Кубка мира по пауэрлифтингу, силовому двоеборью, приседаниям, жиму лежа и становой тяге по версиям IPL/СПР, а также отборочный турнир Olympia Pro Powerlifting Invitational 2025 и Всероссийский турнир по жимовому двоеборью, военному жиму, народному жиму, русскому жиму, пауэрспорту, строгому подъему на бицепс, армлифтингу, стритлифтингу и hip thrust.
Силач из «Синергии» Илья Суший занял первое место в дисциплине «военный жим штанги лежа без упора ног» в весовой категории до 90 кг. Спортсмен показал лучший результат в трех попытках: 160, 165 и 170 кг соответственно.
В состязаниях, организованных Союзом пауэрлифтеров России, приняли участие 900 спортсменов из 14 стран мира.
