آذری جهرمی: بعد از انتخابات ۸۸، نهادهای مختلف تربیت ارتش سایبری تربیت کردند
محمدجواد آذری‌جهرمی، وزیر پیشین ارتباطات، در گفتگو با خبرگزاری انتخاب به پشت‌پرده شکل‌گیری لشکر حساب‌های کاربری جعلی و پروژه‌ای در فضای مجازی اشاره کرد و گفت: «بعد از انتخابات ۸۸، نهادهای مختلف به این نتیجه رسیدند که میدانی به نام فضای مجازی داریم، بنابراین شروع به کادرسازی کردند.» آذری جهرمی درباره شیوه فعالیت اکانت‌های سایبری می‌گوید:
«این افراد در شرایط عادی کار عادی خودشون رو می‌کنند، زمانی که دستورالعملی براشون میاد، طور دیگه‌ای عمل می‌کنند»
این تعاریف از ارتش سایبری، شاید برای خیلی از افراد بارها قابل لمس و تجربه بوده که بسیاری از اکانت‌های پرفالور یا عادی، در شرایط خاص، سیاست‌ها و خط امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی را پیش می‌برند. به عنوان مثال، در زمان انتشار خبر شلیک عمدی به هواپیمای اوکراینی یا خیزش سراسری در سال ۱۴۰۱ یا حتی در زمان جنگ ۱۲ روزه ....، شاهد فعالیت‌های تخریبی این نوع اکانت‌ها بوده ایم که در شرایط عادی از وضعیت روزمره‌نویسی به کمک و تلاش برای پیش بردن خط امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی روی آورده‌اند.
