В съезде приняли участие представители МИД России, администрации Президента и Федерального агентства по делам национальностей, депутаты Госдумы, делегаты от крымско-татарских общин разных стран, участники СВО.

Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
