В этом отчëте и далее весьма подробно описано как это устроено.

Подчëркиваю, документ от начала июня 2024 года.

Если раньше (как в видео ниже) открыто не говорили на чëм построены быстрые платежи и с помощью чего строят международные системы iso20022, то в нынешних документах об этом вполне открыто уже пишут.
