Местный бизнесмен вложит 1,25 млрд. рублей в строительство нового металлургического завода в Сургуте
Владелец ООО «Сургутский металлургический комплекс» и компании «Транссервис» Дмитрий Урум решил поставить завод в районе ГРЭС-2. Сейчас идёт утверждение проекта на окружном инвестсовете, делится СИА-ПРЕСС.
Частично строительство профинансирует Фонд развития Югры – он даст кредит под 3% на 5 лет. Всего же бизнесмену понадобится 1,25 млрд. рублей. Планируется, что завод будет приносить в казну 1,6 млрд. рублей. А работой обеспечит 315 человек, среди которых и высокотехнологичные специалисты. Воздух владелец завода обещает не портить: в соответствии с проектом предприятие будет выдавать в атмосферу не больше вредных веществ, чем выхлопы из одного КАМАЗа.
Металлургический комплекс будет перерабатывать вторчермет, занимаясь металлопрокатом и выплавкой арматуры. В фонде уверены, что объёмов производства – 100 тысяч тонн ежегодно - хватит, чтобы покрыть часть потребностей местных строителей. Запуск с 76 тысяч тонн намечен на 2023 год.
